Personal information

You need a CcSnailMail Account to access CcSnailMail. CcSnailMail asks for some personal information when you create a CcSnailMail Account, including your return address and a password, which is used to protect your account from unauthorized access.
CcSnailMail processes and maintains your messages for limited amounts of time.. CcSnailMail stores, processes and maintains contact lists, recipient addresses and other data related to your account in order to provide the service to you.
When you use CcSnailMail, CcSnailMail's servers automatically record certain information about your use of CcSnailMail. Similar to other web services, CcSnailMail records information such as account activity, data displayed or clicked on (including UI elements, ads, links); and other log information (including browser type, IP-address, date and time of access, cookie ID, and referrer URL).

Information we collect and how we use it:

Information you provide - When you sign up for a CcSnailMail account, we ask you for personal information (such as your name, email address, your address and an account password). We also request credit card or other payment account information, which we encrypt and pass directly through PayPal which serves as our secure processing gateway.
CcSnailMail cookies - When you log in to CcSnailMail, we send one or more cookies - a small file containing a string of characters - to your computer that uniquely identifies your browser. We use cookies to validate users and provide you with customized information when using the Service.
