Q: Do you mail internationally?
A: Kind of. We have begun testing international mailings, and the first country that we are beta testing is Australia. The list of countries will grow, and we hope to bring other countries online like Canada, Mexico, and the UK in the near future.

Q: How much will it cost for international CcSnailMail?
A: Today, the cost is the same rate no matter where you use the service, and we hope to continue with this pricing strategy as we setup our mailing centers in other countries.

Q: Do you support PDF files as attachments?
A: No, but we are continually improving the service and we hope to support this soon.

Q: Do you support Microsoft Office files as attachments?

Q: What happens to undeliverable mail?
A: We'll notify you through your primary email if any item is returned as undeliverable. The original mail is then shredded and recycled.

Q: How long after I send an email will it be mailed?
A: Depending on the time the email is sent we mail it the same day! Unless of course it's after mail our mail pickup times or Sunday and then we post it next business day. (We also mail on Saturday mornings in the US).

Q: How do you handle spam?
A: We let you control who can send emails using your email account, so the opportunity for spam through CCSnailMail is very unlikely. We also give the recipient an option to "Opt-Out" from receiving unwanted mailings.

Q: Do you share my information with others (email and mailing addresses)?
A: No. We take your privacy very seriously. We will never sell or distribute your personal information. For more information see our privacy policy.

Q: How secure is CcSnailMail?
A: Your email server will ensure the safe delivery of your email to our server. Once your email is turned into a letter, it is processed via sorting machine, sealed and posted. Once CcSnailMail letters are mailed, they are as secure as any other letters trusted to the United States Postal Service (in U.S.) or Australia Post (in Aust.).

Q: Can other people use my account to send a CcSnailMail letter using the address book that I have created?
A: Yes, but only if you add them to your list of authorized senders. This is especially useful for allowing other friends and family to use the service. However, if fraud does occur, please contact us so that we can respond to it immediately. You won't be charged for any fraudulent letters.

Q: Where do my letters get printed and posted?
A: If the delivery address is in the US, the letter is printed and posted from a central US location outside of Dallas, Texas. The Australian print station is located in Sydney, NSW.

Q: How many pages can my CcSnailMail email be?
A: 4 Pages are included for the standard rate ($0.35). Any additional pages, will be charged as another CcSnailMail letter at the same rate (example: 5 to 8 pages would cost an additional $0.35 for a total of $.70, 9 to 12 pages would cost a total of $1.05, etc.).

Q: What payment methods are accepted?
A: You can open an account by using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, a virtual check or PayPal.

Q: How do I cancel my account with CcSnailMail?
A: Easy! Send your request to cancel@ccsnailmail.com. Just make sure your emailing from the primary email account associated to your account. We'll then close your account within 72 hours, and refund any remaining credit balance.
